Having blue in the bedroom contributed to an average sleep time of 7 hours and 52 mins per night, a time that is significantly longer than Purple at 5 hours and 56 mins, Red at 6 hours and 58 mins and its closest rival, Yellow at 7 hours and 40 mins.
