It didn’t take Cassie Stewart long to see the career potential in the direct selling industry. Jumping at the opportunity to make money in a fun and relaxed environment, Cassie began her Lorraine Lea business in her early 20s as a way to earn some extra income, but never imagined how much she could achieve when given the tools and support to succeed.
With her first child only months old, Cassie required a career with ultimate flexibility. The autonomy of the party plan business model presented her with the freedom to create a schedule that fitted in with her family and allowed her to spend as much time as needed with her young son.
Bringing a flurry of fresh ideas and energy to her home styling parties, Cassie quickly cultivated a team of Lorraine Lea Independent Stylists in North Queensland and, just a year after starting with the company, was named Lorraine Lea’s top recruiter at just 23 years of age.
With the additional income from her flourishing home styling business, Cassie was able to save over $18,000 within her first year with the company and set her family up for the future.
For Cassie, goal-setting has become an addiction and she strives to better herself and exceed her own sales targets every year. Attributing her personal success to the company’s belief in professional empowerment, Cassie has been amazed to watch how much her business has grown in just over four years.
“Since starting with Lorraine Lea, I have set big goals for myself and been surprised by how much I have been able to achieve. I’ve reached personal sales of almost half a million dollars and my team is continually recognised as one of the strongest in the company.”
Now happily engaged to the love of her life, Cassie is focused on planning her destination wedding. With the prize money she received from achieving the title of Lorraine Lea’s Top Recruiter in 2013, she plans to take her family overseas to celebrate her nuptials this year.
“We will be getting married in Hawaii and then after that I’ve promised my kids I’d take them on a dream holiday to Disneyland.”
Not a stranger to international travel, high-achieving Cassie has qualified to go on fully-funded Lorraine Lea trips to China, America and Canada and can’t wait for the next adventure.
With more new and exciting challenges facing her in 2015, Cassie has recently relocated to the Sunshine Coast and has set her sights on regenerating her business to be bigger and better than ever before.
